FAQ

Refunds

Refunds will only be given within 14 days of ticket purchase and only upto 24 hours prior to event start.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior consent and dependant on event.

Refunds will not be given for any non-attendance.

Your Order

Tickets are delivered electronically to email address specified on order. Please check your junk folder. If tickets have not been received or there are any issues please email [email protected]

Payment can be made via credit/debit card.

Payments are processed via stripe and will appear on your statement as “R5K.UK”.

For beneficiary events all payments excluding processing fees goto event beneficiary and R5K do not take any money for these sales.

Tickets are normally sent on confirmation of payment. However, for security at some events these are not sent until just before the event date.

The specific listing will state when to expect tickets.

If you have ordered tickets and since received a notification order has been placed on hold this is due to an issue with automatic ticket generation. A memeber of staff will be looking into this as a matter of course and you should  receive your tickets once the issue is identified.
